Refund & Shipping Policy​

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied – we are committed to making it right!


Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) using the following carrier: USPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Herpothecary is not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays or inclement weather, damage, or loss. We encourage you to upgrade your shipping method to protect your package in case of an unfortunate circumstance.

If a package is returned to us due to the address being entered incorrectly at checkout, we will contact you for another address and additional shipping fees will apply. 

Making sure your order is packaged with care and shipped quickly is always our priority. To ensure that orders arrive without any delays or mistakes, we are not able to combine orders once they are submitted.
