Friendly Reminders & Helpful Info
When you shop with HERPOTHECARY, here are a few things to keep in mind to make sure everything goes smoothly:
- Returns & Shipping: By making a purchase, you’re letting us know that you understand and agree to our return and shipping policies.
- Discount Codes: Only one discount code per order (unless specified otherwise)
- Final Sale: Final sale items are, well…final! These items aren’t eligible for returns.
- Prices: Prices are as listed at the time of purchase, so we aren’t able to make price adjustments afterward.
- Combining Orders: If you need to combine orders, just email us with your request! We’ll apply any additional postage needed.
- Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it’s set—no changes can be made.
- Order Errors: Any mistakes on an order could result in cancellation so please contact us via chat/email ASAP if you notice anything incorrect.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Otherwise, all sales are final.
- Address Changes: Unfortunately, we aren’t able to update shipping addresses once an order is shipped. Please contact the postal carrier to update your shipping address
- Processing Times: Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Around the holidays (Nov 21 - Dec 31), please allow up to 20 business days for processing before shipment.
- Color Display: Keep in mind that colors may vary due to differences in screen displays, so the color you see on your screen might differ slightly from the product in person.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: HERPOTHECARY, LLC isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping.
- Order Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, especially if any transaction appears suspicious or in violation of our site terms. We also reserve the right to cancel any incoming orders from customers with an outstanding balance.
Please note: HERPOTHECARY may not reply to inquiries regarding the above terms once a purchase is placed. If we detect any potentially fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and restrict future site access.
How We Use Your Information
When you make a purchase with us, we collect some basic info (like your name, address, and email) to complete your order.
While browsing our site, we also gather technical info like your IP address to help us understand what systems our customers are using.
If you opt-in, we may send you updates on new products or promotions through email or text. For text messaging, we may send checkout reminders using webhooks to keep you updated.
