TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

In order to complete a purchase with HERPOTHECARY you must agree to the following:

I understand and agree to all return and shipping policies

I understand discount codes cannot be combined

I understand FINAL SALE items cannot be returned

I understand there are no price adjustments

I understand that for orders to be combined, the request must be received via email and any additional postage will apply.

I understand no changes can be made after order has been placed 

Order errors result will result in order cancellation 

I understand order cancellation requests are only granted if sent within 24 hours of order placement

I understand if for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, HERPOTHECARY cannot change and this will result in order cancellation 

I understand order processing takes up to 15 business days before shipment. HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY (Nov 21-Dec31) allow up to 20 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment.

I understand actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors and phone screens displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. Herpothecary cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. 

I understand HERPOTHECARY, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages

I understand HERPOTHECARY, LLC has sole discretion to cancel an order at anytime. 

*Herpothecary has discretion to not reply to email inquires regarding any of the following points above after purchases are placed.  If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access from the use of site or purchase of products in the future.*

Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.
